Strawberry Banana Smoothie (Super Easy!)
Who does not like bananas and strawberries? You might be thinking of someone who doesn’t but there will always be one! 😉
One of the most classic combination. Those fruits are packed with goodness and both mixed together is even BETTER. This is our homemade version of strawberry banana smoothie with only 5 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
½ cup of frozen organic strawberries*
½ organic banana (fresh or sliced and frozen)
¼ cup organic beetroot** (fresh or sliced and frozen)
½ cup of Nutmilk (almond milk or cashew milk)
1 tbs of organic chia seeds

** It just adds even more beneficial nutrients to your smoothie. Per example, due to its high concentration in inorganic nitrate, the beetroots contribute to a better blood flow and can also reduce hypertension. Also, it gives it a really nice color. Everybody knows that we eat with our eyes so let’s make it look good AND taste good!
Preparation:
SUUUUPER DUPER easy.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Optional adds-in: a scoop of plant-based protein powder, some greens like a handful of fresh organic spinach or some spices such as cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
